At Grant Stewart Building (GSB), we understand that a new build can be both an exciting and nerve-wracking time for our customers. That is why we endeavour to keep the lines of communication open at all times so that our customers can feel that they are an integral part of the project from beginning to end.
Our web-based project management software, Co-Construct, allows our customers to monitor their build online from all aspects; including up-to-date progress photos and budget-tracking etc.
With excellent attention to detail and a highly-qualified team of builders, we will work in partnership with you to create the home you desire!

When Philip and Jenny came to us with plans to build a new home set on nine acres of farmland, we knew the finished product would make people say “Wow!”. A little about this award winning house…
This unique home is both modern and energy efficient, our clients have incorporated there own colours and sense of style to make it their own dream home.
The exterior cladding includes Corten steel, Ezpanel, and Corrugate; all seamlessly integrated to produce a stylish, yet low-maintenance, practical home.
From the hot edge insulation in the rib-raft floor to the thermally broken, Low-E Climaguard skylights, the house has been designed to ensure maximum thermal gain.
On first entry into this grand home you are greeted with a striking curved feature wall and precast concrete panels that line the entranceway and hall. High ceilings and skylights transform this potentially dark space into something spectacular!
Negative detail ply ceilings line the living areas throughout the northern aspect of the house, with double-glazed bifold doors opening out to a sun-drenched patio area ideal for entertaining. Heating includes infrared panels controlled by thermostats and a Pyroclassic fireplace in the living area.
The clever use of colour and materials throughout the house has made this a spacious, yet cosy home fit for fun, family living!
